Python Job: Data Analyst - Python - SQL - PowerBI - Cork

DATA ANALYST - CORK - 12 Month FTC - CORK - This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic, diverse and growing team of IT professionals within a company where you can progress an exciting and rewarding career. This role offers you the chance to be involved with implementing and measuring a diverse range of data and insights which are driven by best practice Customer Experience strategies. This role will be responsible for understanding, measuring, testing and reporting on what drives CX in this industry. You will get the opportunity to work with Senior Management team and use your unique skills to add value to the company. Ideally, you will have a university degree in computer science, data analytics, BIS or similar, with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in data related field (data analytics & visualisation) and experience in SQL.

A snapshot of the role is

• Assessing each campaigns effectiveness
• Develop greater insight into member behaviour, reasons for contact, opportunities to add greater value to members and team productivity.
• Gather, analyse and report on a variety of data from multiple internal and external sources (contact data, sales data, online/website data, research data), providing clear, actionable recommendations to customer experience and the wider business.
• Creation of dashboards and reports to communicate the data in the best way possible.
• Work closely with other data stakeholders inside and outside the business.
• Perform ROI analysis and report and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of these activities.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports and regular presentations to key stakeholders.

You'll be an accomplished user of Python, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Analytics. Experience using other analytical tools for dashboards and reporting will be a distinct advantage, with a willingness to research and introduce new ways for us to manage our data.
